Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package. Since we work with different shipping partners, all tracking is done through the link provided in that email.

If you can’t find your tracking email, check your spam folder or reach out to us and we can resend it.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days before being shipped. Delivery times vary depending on your location. We appreciate your patience as we ensure each order is carefully prepared and delivered with the utmost care.

For international orders, a flat rate of $15 USD applies.

Every order includes tracked shipping to ensure it arrives safely and on time. You won’t be charged any additional customs, duties, or taxes upon delivery.

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. This is to ensure the fastest delivery times, and it will not affect your total shipping cost.

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return or exchange, contact us with your order number and the reason for your request. Once approved, we’ll send detailed return instructions.

Please note that Raven is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been shipped. Once tracking information is provided, the responsibility transfers to the carrier. We recommend monitoring your tracking updates closely and contacting the carrier directly for delivery issues.
